KYLAR KINGRY

Hi there! I am Kylar Kingry founder and owner of LvL-UP Custom Carpentry. I am currently 26 years old and have a young family of my own. I am a 4th generation resident from Plain City, OH where most my family is from and still lives. I started LvL-UP in 2018 a year after i graduated from high school. I had worked for my grandfather most of my early teenage years, after school and on the weekends when i could. After i graduated high school i worked for a local builder for year before i realized i was ready to make the executive decisions on my own! I take a lot of Pride in my work and along with that i take a lot of pride in my work family and my clients. I try to treat everyone as family, because at the end of the day its a lot more fun to see my clients smile at the work we do for them!

The Beginning
 

2018 - LVL-UP IS BORN

LVL-UP Custom Carpentry LLC, was founded in 2018 by the owner Kylar Kingry. Kylar specializes in high end custom interior wood finished projects through-out central ohio. Kylar is a 4th generation resident of Plain City, OH and comes from a family of top notch interior trim carpenters. Kylar started learning the skilled trade from his grandfather when he was just 12 years old. Kylar's heritage goes back to Amish and his grandfather was raised horse and buggy and stressed the importance of high detail quality craftsmanship.
 

2020 - GROWING PAINS

In 2020 LvL-Up had experienced some "growing-pains." As the demand for more work picked up it was hard to keep up with everything being a one man band. Finding people to come work for you or even help is tough in the industry of high end finishes as there is no real time to be "learning" as everything is expected to be perfect. Putting that kind of trust and expectation into someone else is not easy when quality control is the up most importance. 
 

2022 - FIRST MAJOR SUCCESS

 Leading up to this point, LvL-UP had became a very successful company and was surrounded by great work, great clients and just all around a good atmosphere. the struggle was still just keeping up with demand....until it was that i found my group of guys. in 2021/22 i was lucky enough to come across 2 individuals who would come to be my greatest help and most reliable people for me to lean on. Corey and Al or Alan are the perfect mix of extreme patience and productivity. Constantly coming up with solutions to little problems and always thinking of ways to improve! And for that, i consider it a major success.

2025 - WHERE WE STAND TODAY

As of today LvL-Up continues to grow and create relationships through the industry and projects completed, that we look forward to lasting a lifetime and continuing to produce great wood working at an amazing quality and standard.
